Are you tired of all the Michael Jackson news on TV still?

It's all about ratings---the media would cover nothing but lima bean farmers if that is what you would ravenously watch. Why do you think American Idol gets better ratings than Meet the Press? Unfortunately, Americans (and others) seem to care more about lurid sensationalism than they do about even topics that directly affect their own lives.
