Is calling a lawyer about a divorce but not using them make it a conflict of interest for spouse to use them?

I know that even going for a consultation with an attorney makes them unable to represent my spouse in a divorce. But if I call and exchange information but don't show for the consultation, will that also create the conflict of interest? Is there an amount of information exchange needed to result in the conflict of interest? I guess that is really the question.
