Do you ever feel that your intelligence or lack of ever draws barriers between you and the rest of the world?

Some say being alone is an illusion that our mind creates, to justify our sadness, when really there is always someone out there that will listen to your problems. But sometimes people feel that their level of comprehension on what is false and/or real, disables their ability to have True relationships. What's your opinion on being alone because of this?
