Can Solia straighteners curl hair just as well as GHD straighteners can?

I saw the curls that GHD straighteners creat,e, and they are AMAZING!. but GHD straighteners are sooo expensive, so i bought a solia straightener on Folica. com. can i do the same stuff with the solia?
