Why do other international teams have to burrow our New Zealand coaches to perform?

England needed John Mitchell as a B coach to teach their forwards to play to win the 2003 world cup. Ireland and Wales have hired Graham Henry, Steve Hansen and Warren Gatland. Now the Wallabies have Robbie Deans. Why do they get y about beating us if they can't manage their own sport?
