it seems to me you trying to lose weight.i wouldn't think you want to lose it to fast as you lifting weights you can turn it into muscle...and by losing it slowly this will give you time to turn it into muscle...now all you have to do is maintain a steady workout schedule and a good daily diet...weight comes off fast when you start then it slows down..maybe our bodies are telling us something then to take it slow...
