Russian's who were born in ukraine?

What do you mean what is the history with Russians and Ukrainians? To tell you the truth once Russians and Ukrainians were one nation/folk. They have common territoryy but then with the time going by theyseparated. In Ukraine children study that Russians always ruled over Ukrainians and that's why Ukrainians don't like Russians. But history is written by political people and we can't be sure that everything that is in history book is true.
