Do you think that TN Govt's plan to sell onion through ration shops will be a successful one or another stunt?

Only people of BPL have ration cards.They will purchase the onion and make profit by selling it to shop keepers. So basically the Government is opening one more channel of corruption. All corrupt governments can only open more channels of corruption
