Do parole officers check their peoples warrants by running their name in the NCIC every once in a while?

Do parole officers randomly check NCIC to see if their clients have any warrants out on them or do they only do this if they have reason to believe there could be one? My sister is on parole and thinks she might have a warrant , she checked at the courthouse and they said she doesnt and she got pulled over for speeding the other day and none came up , but she is wondering if her PO would know if she had one...................
