Does anyone know how I would go about getting a juvenile police report ?

Heres my situation, I'm currently trying to enlist in the United States Navy, but theres only one problem. I was arrested when I was about eleven years old and later on in my teen years, but nothing ranging in the felony area, but anyway I was arrested and my navy recruiter needs doents such as police reports, court doents, and a letter stating everthing was handle informally. I have the letter and I don't need the court doents because I did'nt go to court for anything. My problem is that I don't kow how to get a juvenile police report. So if theres anyone who can help me please do so because this is very important to me.
