Help with 4cyl. honda tuner!!?

i have a 1989 honda accord lxi, 4cyl, fuel injected. i want to turn it into a tuner car, basically a fast and furious car but 4 cyl. what would be the best way to go about that? parts list would be awsome or just ideas. no nitrous oxcide.
