How can jesus have performed miracles when...?

Even though tht question is just to make fun i don;t even know what, i will answer that everything jesus did are simply psychokinesis which it was achieved by meditation, the power of belief, and divine connection, so in theory of psychokinesis it is not impossible, it is possible that one person did achieved such level in the history of humakind.
