Is it ok to eat whatever I want as long as it is within my calorie limits?

You still want to eat healthy in order to lose weight. If you are eating within your calorie range but you are eating foods that are high in fat and sugar and stuff you are still going to be storing all the fat in your body. When you look at the back of a food item even if it has low calories you still want to look at the fat content and stuff.
