My Bipper is a year old and yes it seems that it is a con and being penalised for being green aware!?

I bought the Bipper last year (July) and thought I was being green aware by buying a low emission van but not so! I would have bought one of these electronic plug in things if I thought I could save money but have to have the room to transport my dog and belongings back and forth to various places.
