My computer is restarting on startup during or after the login screen.?

i have the same problem right now... reboot in safe mode (during the start up rapidly push i think it is F7 just look in google to see what on). do all of the scans you have. it will probably find a virus called fake antivirus or something like that, thats wut mine found i am still trying to get rid of it but am not sure how to yet.
