My kitchen freezer keeps frosting up but won't keep anything frozen. Help!!!?

I've defrosted, scd ice away from circ. fan and nothing seems to fix the problem. The fan is iced over again in 24 to 36 hrs. The refigerator is only 6 yrs old. Is that their life expendency now adays or is there a simple fix?
