Outfit question really pretty simple plzz help?

there is a simple solution to this. I would wear your hear down or put it up in a cute style. I would wear skinny jeans and a t-shirt. Over the t-shirt wear a cardigan to jazz up your style. Trust me it will look adorable. And maybe you can wear flats.
