Was Mick Foleys second fall through the cell planned or was it an accident?

Most things in that match were not planned. The extremes to which Foley went were not planned. Even Vince McMahon later told Foley to not do anything so extreme again. Whether it was an accident or not, I'm not sure, but I doubt Foley had planned to get his front teeth broken. That just happened.
