Why is there more censorship for than there is for violence? (Do you see all the violence on TV)?

I agree for some reason has always been a taboo subject. Violence causes so many problems within society and its not just on tv, its in video games and movies as well. Seems like a double standard, I haven't heard an answer to your question anywhere yet.
