Gordon brown was he a good chancellor?

he is the worst chancellor we have had for 100 years ! public borrowing , throwing money at public services wastefully, killing small business with red tape and taxation, destroying creativity..stealth taxes on everything from heating oil to holidays and insurance.. the pound which was strong is now falling against the euro...and now we will see house prices falling , unemployment increasing, business can no longer support the public services.. and inflation will probably rise to 8 or even 10 %....in my county people are not driving any more because they cannot pay for the fuel... and so it goes on...it makes me weep.. bring back Ken Clarke.. but it will take 10 years to rebuild the economy after we kick out Gordon..
